A Tailored Festive Cocktail Trio

As the festive season unfolds, our Tailors have introduced a limited-edition trio of cocktails designed to highlight winter warmth and classic holiday flavours. Available only throughout the festive period, each drink showcases a unique character while celebrating the spirit of the season.

Bringing a luxurious twist to a winter favourite, Tailor’s Eggnog combines Remy Martin VSOP with Banana Dulce de Leche Zabaglione, apricot, pimento, Cointreau and cacao. The result is a cocktail that’s creamy, indulgent and served hot, offering pure comfort as temperatures drop.

Inspired by the beloved Italian holiday treat, the Panettone Punch blends Mount Gay Eclipse, Amaretto, Panettone orgeat, rooibos tea, lemon, milk and Pedro Ximénez. It lands on the palate as winter-spiced, balanced, and rich, evoking the warmth of festive gatherings.

Showcasing a more contemporary profile, Belle & Barley pairs The Botanist Gin with Belle De Brillet, cherry, tomato leaf, deep-roast malted barley, lactic pear and white pepper. Its layered composition is bready, fruity and vegetal, with a refined depth perfect for the season’s celebration.
